Playlist 2 - Swing/Big Band/ Christmas Standards

It’s equally hard to beat that classic sound of the 1940s and 1950s, and in particular the sound that has come to be characterized as the “standards,” including swing, Big Band, and the crooners that filled the radio airwaves in those days. The magic touch that they put on the growing Christmas music industry at the time, is an amazing thing. The names: Dean Martin, Bing Crosby, Andy Williams, The Andrews Sisters, Mabel Scott, Ray Charles are just a few that you’ll enjoy in this list.
